What is Dragon Boating?
It’s the ultimate team sport…with its beginnings in ancient China, dragon boating is the fastest growing international team water sport. Dragon boating is a unique sport in its ability to attract members with varying cultural and occupational backgrounds, as well as varying degrees of age and fitness levels.
